Teas are magnificent helpers! As a teenager, I strictly refused painkillers and solely relied on my reproductive tea blend to assist me with period cramps. I guess that was the start of my Herbalist career. Yarrow and Calendula saved my day many times and will always have a special place in my heart and in my dispensary.
