How to use Rosemary Bath Salts
Our Rosemary Bath Salts offers a wide range of uses – bath, foot bath or a compress.
As a Bath: Use one-third of the mixture per bath. Add the salts into the warm water and wait until it dissolves completely. The recommended time for salt baths is no more than 20 minutes. Take the bath before bedtime and enjoy calm and undisturbed sleep. We recommend using the bath 3 times per week. Make sure you relax after each procedure.
As a Foot Bath: Add about 5 tablespoons of the mixture into 5 liters of warm water and let it dissolve. Immerse your feet in the water for 15-20 minutes. If you have restless and tired feet, our salts are what you need.
As a Compress: Soak the cotton fabric in our Bath salt solution, wrap it around your body from the neck to your feet (or around the affected area), and cover yourself with a warm blanket. Leave for 1 to 2 hours.
